Headquartered in Australasia, Hop2It is rolling our Trade & Property Exchanges world-wide. The company has developed an international business that has developed a ‘next generation’ technology platform for businesses of all sizes and industries to participate in all aspects of regional and global trade. This is the result of many business and financial partnerships that were forged over many years and the robust proprietary software platform that has taken over 15 years to develop. The platform provides businesses ranging from small coffee shops to international manufacturing businesses with affordable, user friendly, cutting edge software to help them easily manage and grow their business.

The platform also brings the global mobile Commerce (mCommerce) revolution to within easy reach for every business using the Hop2It Trading Platform.



Hop2it established an international USD$ digital Trade Exchange based in Asia and managed by a Hop2it holding Company. The management Company issues licenses to regional managers and operators to establish and manage the Trade Exchange in countries that operate separate fiat currencies. These Licensees operate as a traditional Trade Exchanges using Trade Dollars or T$ and the added benefit of digital instantaneous processing of T$ and fee transactions by way of mobile phone based transactions. Businesses which produce goods and services are targeted for membership in order to develop a wide range of trading opportunities for Members.

The Company contracts with a successful regional network marketing groups and managers to sell Memberships and undertake import and export container and pallet based trades in commodities such as Infant Formula, high quality food and textiles.

Transaction fees for barter based trades between members are industry competitive at 8% – paid 4% each by Seller and Buyer dependent on products and services being offered.

Within each country, Hop2it Trade Exchange transactions are made in that country’s currency. Global transactions are made in $US but the online platform provides a currency exchange service, so global trade involving two currencies can be seamlessly conducted. The Member goes into their eWallet and converts to the currency of trade and then trades in that currency. This service provides Members with the ability to trade globally while remaining tax transparent within their tax resident country.



The Company owns and licenses a number of Hop2it branded Trade Exchanges to promote and manage the digital trading currencies (“2its”) and smart loyalty reward points programs. The Company has established 2its, which although used by the Company for trading, are also intended it to be a serious competitor to other loyalty reward and cash-back programs. The Company sells the 2its to Trading Members who can then offer them to their customers as rewards for their shopping loyalty. They can then be spent with other Members, sold, traded or swapped for Hop2it Trade Dollars. This has always been planned to be a major source of income for the Company and its Licensees.

The 2its and any Hop2it loyalty or trade reward points and are not digital coins and do not operate on the Blockchain. Hop2it operates its own proprietary closed loop network which minimizes any potential breaches of Members security or transaction fraud.



The Digital Trading Desks are the on line platforms listing the opportunities for trade and investment and they include Desks for Container Trades, Businesses, Commodities, Members Trade Store and Members Shares, New Products, Real Estate Rentals, Real Estate Sales, Services, New Offers of Shares, Investment Loans and Trading Investments. Opportunities must be listed by via a regional Hop2it Wealth Centre or Broker attached to the same, but Members may list their own trade items in electronic Members Stalls in the Trade Store via a Digital Trading Desk.



The Company has established Hop2it Wealth Centre including a new Centre at West End in Brisbane. The Company intends to establish more franchised Hop2it Wealth Centres to distribute and broker the Company’s investment opportunities to Members. The Hop2it Wealth Centres operate form physical premises, but individual Brokers can operate digitally. The Directors believe that trade and wealth generating opportunities can be maximised by developing, motivating and training a devoted franchised and individual Broker network. The Company continues to grow this network into the future and add to the opportunity for Brokers to establish and operate in expanded business areas.

There are many mature experienced operatives in the market whose skills and experience in sales are underutilised, and who would relish the opportunity to become an independent Trade Broker. We further intend to tap into this trained and experienced human resource and recruit, train and manage them in Hop2it Wealth Centres in the Asia, the USA, Australia and New Zealand and other parts of the globe where our Members reside.

The Hop2it Bboard has resolved to adopt an “open network” model rather than a geographic model like other Trade or Barter Exchanges. This means that the Hop2it Wealth Centres can operate within their personal network of Members irrespective of the Members place of business or residence.

We intend to offer brokerage opportunities in these areas – o Corporate Authorised Representative under the AFS License; o Brokers for the Trade Exchange; o Brokers for the 2its Exchange; o Brokers for the Digital Trading Desks; o Brokers and Nomads (Nominated Advisors) for the NSX (subject to our being appointed). It is Hop2it’s ambition to be the “Broker of choice” to the NSX; o brokers for Loans; o Real estate agents. Those who take on all seven brokerages may trade as a franchised Hop2it Wealth Centre. In this way, investors will come to know that the Wealth Centres are multi product brokerages.

The Hop2it Wealth Centres Broker a range of investments – called “financial products”. Our commercial focus is on brokering shares in start-up enterprises and alternative investments. As an example, a start-up would be contracted by the Hop2it Wealth Centre as a “Supported Venture” for which the Hop2it Wealth Centre will raise vital seed capital and provide a range of mentoring and services.

The Hop2it Wealth Centre at West End in Brisbane already has Supported Venture contracts with eleven start-ups at various stages of development.



The Company is in the process of establishing a network of individual or groups of Brokers who can be appointed to deal in any of the individual brokerages, and trade under the Hop2it brand or their own name.



The Company is setting up and sponsoring a Listed Property Fund as a public company. The Company will capitalise the Listed Property Fund with some of the funds raised from Private Offers, and keystone investors. The Property Fund is designed to issue a Prospectus and list on the National Stock Exchange (NSX) and the OTCB. Our objective is for the Company to hold 30-45% of the shares in the Property Fund.

The Property Fund focuses on acquisition and management of income producing properties without holding any long term debt or exposure to property development risks. Once listed, the Property Fund is designed to register consecutive prospectuses offering shares for sale at a combination of Cash/Trade Dollars. In this way a value for Trade Dollars and 2its which are based on the conversion price to public company shares will be established in the market place. 2its can be swapped for Trade Dollars which can then be invested in listed shares. The Property Fund will commercially support the value of the Trade Dollars. The Property Fund will only offer shares for part cash/Trade Dollars when it has an immediate need for them to acquire properties or goods and services relative to properties, so that the Property Fund will never hold Trade Dollars in its balance sheet. The Listed Property Fund is designed to pay regular franked dividends to attract retiree investors, and provide solid safe income to Members.



In 2020 Hop2it has established a new Trade & Property Exchange venture in Australia. The Company has established four Australian Businesses to supplement the Digital Trading Desks the commercial activities of which are described above:–


8.1. An Australian Financial Services Licensed Broker (AFSL)

The Company has contracted legal and other financial services advisors to establish a subsidiary to house its own Australian Financial Services License (AFSL). The company, AFS License and Business will be established utilising some of the funds raised in Public and Private Offers. It is planned that our AFSL company will be established and operational by the end of the second quarter (Q2) 2020 and will trade under the Hop2it brand.

The Company has access to an existing broker network of trained and independently contracted Corporate Authorised Representatives (CARs). These Brokers will be authorised to utilise the AFS License to raise funds and deal in securities in business start-ups, trading companies and property developments.

The Company has operated import and export trades since 2013 as well as created brands for its own manufactured high quality food products to be sold using our trade currencies in the Members Trade Stores. In line with this the Company has been for some years developing an Affiliate Program to attract the many thousands of people who enjoy direct selling or network marketing sales opportunities.

To this end, through 2019 the Company has added value to its Affiliate Program and in parallel re-developed a “micro” version of its international export trades, called the Export Trade Program to be operated by a new class of Members called “Associates” that can join for FREE and participate in export trades buying fractionalized Units of product from as little as USD$25.00 per Unit.

Our Affiliate Program has been developed across the lines of Virtual Games with layered board and other online and mobile templates masking a standard Sales Matrix Program. This manner of delivery of our Affiliate Program is both unique and we believe will be attractive to many disgruntled network marketing operators as this form of “visual representation a members Sales Volume (SV)” means that we can minimise the language barriers we have experienced across the now 20 counties where our Members reside.
